In her role at Certsure, Paula concentrates on the company’s digital transformation. She works closely with the project sponsors, projects managers and the head of project management office (PMO) to ensure the successful delivery of all projects, from strategising, planning and budgeting to implementation and reporting. She also oversees the maintenance and enhancement of the company’s technology and infrastructure.
Paula completed a degree in Psychology, followed by a postgraduate course in Computer Science. Prior to joining Cersture in May 2022, Paula held senior roles at Pearson Education, Penguin Random House, Macmillan Science & Education and Springer Nature, where she led global transformation initiatives and digital innovations. She was also the CEO of a publishing technology consultancy.
