Richard leads the strategic development and operational performance of Certsure, working closely with the board, the leadership team, and staff. He also oversees the development and implementation of Certsure’s vision, values, and culture, as well as its external relations and partnerships.
Richard joined Certsure in January 2022 bringing over 20 years leadership experience from the professional body, construction, and retail sectors, including executive positions at the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) and Finning / Caterpillar.
He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), is a Chartered Director and Fellow of the Institute of Directors, and a Chartered Marketer and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
