How do I apply for a job I have seen on your website?

To apply for a job with us, please visit our current vacancies. You can find all the available roles here and submit your application directly.

I've applied for a job but haven't heard anything from you - what should I do?

We aim to get back to all candidates within two weeks of the closing date, but occasionally a high volume of applications can cause delays.

In the meantime, you’re welcome to check the status of your application anytime via your candidate account. If more than two weeks have passed and you haven’t heard from us, please check your application status there, and feel free to email us at vacancies@certsure.com if you need further assistance.

What is your policy on holding personal information and data?

When will I find out if I have been successful following an interview?

We aim to get back to candidates as soon as possible after an interview.

Your interviewer will typically let you know when to expect an update, but please bear in mind that delays can sometimes happen.

If you feel there has been a delay, please log into your candidate account to check for updates.

Why do your job ads talk about NICEIC as well as Certsure?

Certsure LLP operates the NICEIC brand.

NICEIC is the customer-facing brand that serves our customers and their clients.

When it comes to your application and employment, all correspondence will come from Certsure, including your employment contract.
