Frances is responsible for overseeing human resources (HR), learning and development, health and safety, facilities, and the senior leadership team’s (SLT) strategic initiatives. Frances is also the main contact point for Prospects, the employee union.
Frances holds a master’s degree in Human Resources and is a CIPD-certified recruitment consultant. Prior to joining Certsure, Frances worked at M&S and Royal Bank of Scotland as a resourcing business partner.
Having led on multiple organisational transformations during her career, Frances is well-versed in navigating incremental business changes, as well as coaching people through abrupt and/or transformational shifts.
