COVID-19 Update 1 June 2020
COVID-19 GUIDANCE FOR CONTRACTORS
As the situation on the coronavirus pandemic is constantly changing, NICEIC are reviewing the latest guidance issued by the Government, HSE and NHS and are reviewing how it impacts our registered contractors.
In an effort to provide some guidance to you, we have created this webpage of our website dedicated to offering the latest advice on COVID-19.
It also provides further information on how we have adapted our services to help and support you and your business through this period.
Whilst we continue to operate as normal as possible, like many businesses, NICEIC has implemented a number of precautionary measures in line with Government advice and guidelines:
- – All of our workforce are now entirely remote and working from home.
- – All assessments will be conducted as remote assessment until at least 1 July 2020 .
- – NICEIC and ELECSA face to face training courses have been suspended until 1 July 2020.
- – All face to face courses due to take place between 21 March and 1 July will be rescheduled. We are contacting all delegates about the postponed courses, offering alternative dates or refunds.
Remote learning via our Virtual Classroom Training is now available for the following courses:
- – 18th Edition One Day Course
- – Electric Vehicle Charging One Day Course
- – Emergency Lighting Fundamentals One Day Course
- – Fire Detection & Fire Alarm One Day Course
